LASER GENESIS
Laser Genesis is an effective treatment for acne scarring, brown spots, age spots, and other skin conditions, which works by stimulating the production of new collagen. This safe non-invasive treatment has proven to deliver a smoother, firmer, and vibrant looking skin
This preventative and corrective treatment kick-starts collagen production to diminish fine lines, wrinkles, redness and helps diminish acne scars. The service uses advanced laser physics to plump and rejuvenate the skin for a firmer, more youthful finish. Safe on all skin types, this is very relaxing procedure and requires no down time.
Excellent when combined with a medical grade chemical peel or DermaSweep treatment, Laser Genesis is typically performed every two weeks (a series of six treatments is the norm….).

How does Laser Genesis work?
By gently and precisely heating the upper dermis (papillary dermis), i.e. the layer immediately under the epidermis, Laser Genesis stimulates collagen regrowth to reduce the appearance of wrinkles. Additional heat is absorbed in dilated capillaries to reduce redness.
If you go to chat rooms and review websites, you will see that Laser Genesis has variable results. This stems from the fact that precise, brief but intense heating of the papillary dermis can be a difficult task for the laser provider. This is because there it is not possible to insert a thermometer into the papillary dermis. Thus, the results depend on the subtle clues that the laser therapist sees and adjusts the distance of the laser probe from your skin (and the laser settings) accordingly. How many treatments will I need?
The treatment results are often subtle, but more and more noticeable with time. On average, you may require four to six treatments in order to achieve optimal results. What are the possible side effects?
Although most patients report few if any side effects, the most common is a slight redness that disappears within a few hours of treatment. But that is pretty much it – it is safe and without downtime.
