Advanced Scar Gel is a medical grade silicone gel developed for all skin types. We have used this patient-favorite formulation daily in our clinic for over 15 years — including our skin surgery patients.

Dimethicone Cetearyl visibly improves the appearance of any type of scars, reduces itching and irritation, and minimizes scar formation.

Dimethicone Crosspolymer helps to improve the appearance of red, dry skin, as well as protect the skin from moisture loss from the top layer of the skin to the air.

Together, these ingredients help improve any type of scars, both new and old.

How to use:

Use daily AM and PM on old scars for 3-6 months or as directed by a physician.

Apply two to three times daily on the affected area.

Keep the area moist for a minimum 8 weeks on scars.

Use immediately after suture removal, any laser resurfacing or plastic surgery procedures.

What to know:

This can be used to fade old or new scars, keloid scars, surgical scars, hypertrophic scars, burn and traumatic scars, acne scars, post mole removal scars, post laser and plastic surgery.

This gel is also great to use as a barrier moisturizer cream for sensitive, dry, rosacea skin and in the harsh winter days keeping your skin protected from the environmental cold and wind.

During the day, you can use our Advanced Scar Gel + Age Defy Mineral Sunscreen mixed together to help prevent hyperpigmentation risk from the UVA and UVB sun exposure.

At night, you can use our Advanced Scar Gel as a stand alone or combine it with our Redness Relief Moisturizer.
