We’ll talk through the areas you’d like treated, review your medical history, and explain how many sessions to expect and how far apart they’re spaced. You’ll leave with a clear treatment plan and pricing, with no obligation to book.

A Closer Look

Laser hair removal works by targeting the pigment in the hair, which heats and disables the follicle. The laser only affects hair in its active growth phase, so treatment is spread over several sessions, usually 6 to 12, spaced 4 to 8 weeks apart. At your consult, we’ll check whether your hair colour has enough pigment to respond. We’ll also flag anything that can affect results, such as hormonal conditions like PCOS.

To prepare, avoid sun, tanning beds and self-tanners for 2 weeks if you’d like a patch test at this visit. Don’t wax, pluck or thread for 4 to 6 weeks before your first treatment.

Cancellation Policy

By completing this booking and payment, you agree to our no-refund cancellation policy. There are no refunds for booked and paid appointments regardless of notice. Cancellations may be made but no refunds will be given. Rescheduling may still take place but with 48 hours notice (2 business days) in order to be without penalty. You will not be eligible for a billing dispute.

If you present to your appointment with concerns that differ from the appointment category booked under during the online booking process, you will also not be eligible for a refund or dispute. Will I receive a treatment plan during my visit?

Yes. You’ll leave with a recommended number of sessions, spacing between them, and pricing for the areas you’d like treated, including package and financing options.

Can I have treatment on the same day?

Usually your first treatment is booked as a separate appointment.
