How To Apply

Apply to body at least 15 minutes prior to any sun exposure. Reapply regularly when in the sun, and more often after swimming, washing, or perspiring.

Tips & Suggestions

Mineral sunscreens are water resistant and don’t break down with UV exposure but should still be reapplied every several hours.

Immuvex SPF 32 mineral sunscreen is a micronized preparation of natural zinc oxide. Zinc oxide is the the most effective and safest of all sunscreen ingredients. Zinc Oxide is a more effective blocker than titanium dioxide. Zinc oxide blocks out virtually all of the harmful wavelengths of both UVA (320 – 400 nm) and UVB (290 – 320 nm). Zinc oxide prevents UV-induced DNA damage to skin cells, protects the local immune system of the skin and also helps prevent wrinkles by preventing UVA-induced up-regulation of matrix metalloproteinases.
